Our 30-Day Happy-Dog Guarantee. If you or your pup are not satisfied with an eligible product, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right with a replacement, store credit or refund.

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item and packaging. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund, including any return shipping costs, at no charge to you.
Please do not send items back before contacting us and receiving return instructions.

You may cancel an order before it has been dispatched for a full refund. Once an order has shipped, it is subject to the return process above. To cancel, contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
